  • Our soy wax pearl candles are made from 100% natural soy wax, free from chemicals and harmful additives. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to variations in natural materials, there may be slight differences in appearance.

ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ORDERS:

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, which is confirmed only when we dispatch your items.

  • Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in INR (Indian Rupee) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, and offers without notice.

PAYMENTS:

We aim to provide a seamless and secure payment process for all of our customers. Your payment information is handled with strict confidentiality. T&G Products accepts the following payment methods:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

  • Shipping: We offer India-wide shipping. Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹1999. For orders below ₹1999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at the checkout depending on the delivery area pincode (Zip Code).

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues. Most of the purchased items from our website are delivered within 3 to 6 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:

  • Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are offered only in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tandgproducts.com with your order details and photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item but no amount refund.

  • Refunds: We do not accept refund requests.
